We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Strategy Architect to lead our core infrastructure team. Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing for Project 2026.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of senior software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging AI frameworks and quantum computing technologies to ensure our stack remains at the bleeding edge.
- Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce model inference latency and optimize resource utilization across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and research teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential security vulnerabilities and scalability bottlenecks in AI systems before they impact production.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure and architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems. Familiarity with Kubernetes and AWS/GCP is required.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Forward-Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt architecture strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
