The Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end strategic planning of our AI initiatives. You will define technical roadmaps, mentor junior architects, and ensure our solutions are not only innovative but secure and compliant.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 2026 AI roadmap, identifying high-impact technologies and integration points for our core product suite.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI, evaluating feasibility and ROI before implementation.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems that can handle enterprise-grade workloads.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Compliance & Ethics: Oversee the ethical implications of AI deployment, ensuring bias mitigation and data privacy standards are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies that drive business growth.
