Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic roadmap for AI initiatives leading up to the year 2026 and beyond.
- Design scalable machine learning architectures capable of handling high-velocity data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into core product lines.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and neural networks.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to drive business decisions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Expert knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning principles.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to business stakeholders.
