Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technical vision and strategic roadmap for our core AI infrastructure.
- Lead the architecture design for next-generation machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum Computing integration) and assess their impact on our roadmap.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with global data regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
