Responsibilities
- Lead and architect high-level research initiatives focused on AGI alignment and quantum machine learning for the 2026 roadmap.
- Develop and implement novel deep learning architectures capable of handling multi-modal data streams at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate theoretical research into scalable, production-ready code.
- Publish groundbreaking findings in top-tier academic journals and present at international AI conferences.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers and data scientists to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Identify emerging technological trends and assess their potential impact on our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced AI research or a comparable senior engineering role.
- Proven track record of publishing in reputable conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or journals.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing fundamentals and their application to AI problems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
