Key Responsibilities:
- Lead R&D efforts for proprietary Generative AI models aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Design and implement novel neural architectures to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, validation, and performance benchmarking.

Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.).
- Experience with distributed training, MLOps, and large-scale model deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
