Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of cutting-edge machine learning models, including transformers and generative adversarial networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into scalable production solutions.
- Conduct rigorous experimental design and statistical analysis to validate model performance and ensure robustness.
- Stay ahead of the curve by publishing peer-reviewed papers and presenting at top-tier international conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Optimize existing algorithms for efficiency, speed, and accuracy on large-scale distributed systems.
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in applying deep learning techniques to solve complex real-world problems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of optimization algorithms, distributed computing, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of technical writing and speaking.
