Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems focused on 2026-era scalability requirements.
- Develop and fine-tune advanced machine learning models, including LLMs and predictive algorithms, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding quantum computing interfaces and edge AI deployment.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD is a plus.
