Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of high-performance AI systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Oversee the integration of quantum computing primitives into existing cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Optimize machine learning models for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies to drive innovation within the company.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concepts for novel AI algorithms.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
