Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI and quantum computing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry innovation.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable AI systems that leverage quantum algorithms for optimization.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct deep research into emerging technologies, evaluating their potential to drive business value and competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to integrate technical solutions seamlessly.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical reviews.
- System Optimization: Oversee the performance tuning of neural networks and quantum processors to ensure maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead high-performance engineering teams and drive projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated history of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
