Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Optimize existing models for reduced latency and increased throughput in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve the MLOps infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, data pipelines, and model registry.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to integrate novel techniques into our product suite.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI, adhering to compliance and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments with high reliability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
