Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale transformer models and Generative AI architectures to meet specific business objectives.
- Pipeline Architecture: Build scalable, high-throughput data pipelines for training and inference using Python, Apache Spark, and cloud-native services.
- MLOps Implementation: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models, ensuring automated deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Optimization: Optimize model inference performance for edge devices and cloud environments to reduce latency and cost.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex AI concepts into practical, user-facing features.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, with a focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Tools: Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow), vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex algorithmic challenges and debug distributed systems.
