Responsibilities

- Lead the research and development of next-generation Natural Language Processing (NLP) models tailored for 2026 standards.
- Optimize model inference for edge computing environments to ensure low-latency performance in distributed systems.
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring bias mitigation and data privacy compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience designing and deploying production-grade AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Proven track record in MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, fairness, and transparency in algorithmic decision-making.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI architectures.
