Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models tailored for the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- System Architecture: Build scalable, robust infrastructure to support high-volume data processing and real-time inference.
- Innovation: Research and implement novel algorithms to solve complex business problems using AI/ML.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our products.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building and shipping ML/AI products to production.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
