Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI strategy.
- Optimize existing models for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning to integrate novel techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of technical excellence.
- Document technical specifications and architecture diagrams to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end AI solutions in production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
