Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure scalability and reliability of AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Research and prototype novel AI architectures and algorithms to improve model performance.
- Ensure AI systems are ethical, transparent, and compliant with industry regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or other LLM frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
