Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and large language model (LLM) architectures for production deployment.
- Lead the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product features, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
- Ensure data privacy, security compliance, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to keep our stack at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to high-traffic environments.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
