Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models designed for high-throughput production environments.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI applications, focusing on multimodal capabilities and realism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer-facing platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for ethical AI and data governance.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with Large Language Models (GPT, LLaMA, BERT) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
