Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy robust machine learning models and data pipelines for high-traffic production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI product requirements.
- Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Optimize infrastructure for cost, latency, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
