- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to prototype and validate cutting-edge algorithms.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior developers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Integration: Oversee the integration of AI solutions into existing enterprise ecosystems with minimal disruption.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
