Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI infrastructure, identifying emerging technologies and trends to ensure our platforms remain competitive and innovative.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling massive data streams and complex computations.
- Lead & Mentor: Foster a culture of technical excellence, mentoring senior engineers and guiding the professional growth of the R&D team.
- Prototype & Validate: Spearhead the development of proof-of-concept prototypes for cutting-edge AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive algorithms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust security protocols and ensure ethical AI practices are embedded in every layer of our development process.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architect or leadership role within the AI or Future Tech sector.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to define long-term technical strategies and manage complex project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Innovation: A track record of patentable contributions or published research in AI/ML.
