Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures tailored for long-term deployment (Year 2026 roadmap).
- Lead the development of proprietary machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Oversee the optimization of algorithms for high-performance computing environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Demonstrated success in deploying large-scale NLP or Computer Vision models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
- Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into robust, user-centric solutions.
