Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI alignment frameworks tailored to the emerging technological landscape of 2026.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate ethical considerations into the core development lifecycle of our neural architectures.
- Advocate for responsible AI practices in global policy forums, engaging with regulators, NGOs, and international bodies.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments on autonomous systems to identify potential bias, safety hazards, and societal impact.
- Develop educational resources and whitepapers to demystify AI ethics for internal stakeholders and the public.
- Monitor global regulatory trends and advise executive leadership on compliance strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Law, Philosophy, or a related field with a focus on technology policy.
- 10+ years of experience in policy analysis, ethics, or a related technical domain.
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, including Large Language Models and generative adversarial networks.
- Proven track record of influencing organizational strategy through ethical argumentation and strategic foresight.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical and legal concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working within the technology sector or a think tank is highly preferred.
