Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI/ML pipelines for Project 2026.
- Optimize deep learning models for production environments, ensuring high throughput and low latency.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI and integrate them into our core platforms.
- Identify and mitigate potential security and ethical risks in AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and real-time data processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
