Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models, specifically focusing on Generative AI and LLMs.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines to achieve high performance and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to define AI product requirements.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of industry trends and implement novel architectures.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices in MLOps and software engineering.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance in all model deployments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
