Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for large-scale applications.
- Optimize inference pipelines to ensure low latency and high throughput under production loads.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define AI roadmap and feature specifications.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and MLOps automation.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical architecture reviews to ensure system scalability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, or Reinforcement Learning.
