Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead a team of junior engineers in researching and implementing novel algorithms.
- Collaborate with product managers to define the roadmap for future AI integrations.
- Optimize existing infrastructure for performance and energy efficiency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on Neural Networks and Edge AI.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering and software development.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps and deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
