Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models and machine learning pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead the development of the 2026 AI Roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core stack.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, and Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement rigorous testing and validation protocols to ensure model accuracy and robustness.
- Drive MLOps initiatives to automate model training, deployment, and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with a focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- Deep proficiency in Python and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code and contribute to open-source projects.
