Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems optimized for the 2026 landscape.
- System Optimization: Drive performance improvements across training and inference pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency.
- Agentic AI Development: Lead the development of autonomous agent frameworks that can perform complex reasoning and task execution.
- Research & Deployment: Bridge the gap between academic research and production-grade deployment, ensuring robustness and reliability.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate technical requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying machine learning systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Language Skills: Strong understanding of NLP, LLM architectures (Transformers), and reinforcement learning.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with elegant technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
