Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of complex decision-making in real-time environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation Generative AI models tailored for 2026 enterprise needs.
- Optimize LLM inference pipelines to reduce latency and improve throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI evolution over the next 3 years.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of System Design, distributed systems, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with Vector Databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning models.
