Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML pipelines with a focus on scalability and performance for the 2026 era.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI integration, aligning with long-term business objectives.
- Model Optimization: Research and deploy state-of-the-art models (e.g., LLMs, Transformers) to solve complex, unstructured business problems.
- MLOps Implementation: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn. Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and LangChain.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including SageMaker, Vertex AI, or equivalent services.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver robust, production-grade solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
