Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure to support our 2026 product launch targets.
- Model Development: Train, fine-tune, and optimize large-scale transformer models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- R&D: Experiment with cutting-edge research in prompt engineering and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists on best practices in MLOps and deep learning.
- Deployment: Oversee the deployment of models to production environments using Kubernetes and AWS SageMaker.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional stakeholders.
