Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI models using Python and advanced frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, validation, and deployment.
- Optimize existing models for performance, latency, and throughput in high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or AI research.
- Deep proficiency in Python and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong background in MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and AWS SageMaker.
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI models into production environments.
