You will work at the intersection of research and production, ensuring our models are not only capable but safe, scalable, and ethical. We are looking for a visionary to define the roadmap for our proprietary AI framework.
Responsibilities
- Architect and train large-scale language models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimize model inference speeds for edge and cloud deployment environments.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to push the boundaries of AGI capabilities.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance knowledge accuracy.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, drift detection, and continuous integration.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical breakthroughs into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and diffusion models.
- Experience deploying models via Kubernetes and major cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
