Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning and deep learning models.
- Optimize neural networks for high performance, low latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI requirements.
- Implement best practices for data privacy, security, and model explainability.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for the next generation of AI products.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
