Responsibilities

- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, scalable architectures for autonomous agents and generative AI models.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to align technical vision with business objectives.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in quantum computing convergence and edge AI.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement automation strategies to streamline complex workflows and boost efficiency.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic technical role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-level executives.
