Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance AI workflows for enterprise deployment.
- Lead the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Oversee the implementation of Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures ensuring 99.99% uptime.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system performance testing.
- Identify and mitigate risks in AI model training and deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Experience designing microservices and containerized applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams.
