- Mentor a team of high-performing data scientists and engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments for technical debt reduction.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex concepts to stakeholders.
