- Future Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration in 2026, identifying emerging technologies like Neural Interfaces and Quantum-Enhanced ML.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Scalability & Performance: Optimize large-scale distributed systems to handle petabytes of data with sub-millisecond latency.
- Research Collaboration: Partner with academic institutions and R&D labs to stay ahead of the curve in AI safety and ethics.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Future Tech Focus: Demonstrated interest or experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
