Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of AI models.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of large-scale neural networks, optimizing for latency and throughput in edge environments.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI integration, mentoring junior engineers and data scientists.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Research Implementation: Stay at the forefront of AI innovation, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is mandatory.
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and hybrid classical-quantum algorithms is a strong plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
