In this role, you will operate at the intersection of research and engineering, building scalable architectures that power the next decade of innovation. You will lead a team of elite engineers and researchers, ensuring our systems are robust, secure, and ethically aligned.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network infrastructures.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI product development and feature integration.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate abstract concepts into production-ready code.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and security protocols.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, or Java, and deep experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, or Generative AI architectures.
