Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning frameworks for large-scale data processing.
- Lead the technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex research concepts into robust, production-ready software.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in cloud environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply them to our existing architecture.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing technical teams and driving project delivery.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
