Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models designed for future computational loads and edge devices.
- Lead Research & Development initiatives in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and autonomous agent systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for code quality, rigorous testing, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
