Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of proprietary AI models for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring high scalability and performance.
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of large-scale machine learning infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
- Define and enforce best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Conduct deep research to stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging technologies into our core architecture.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with MLOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
