Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the implementation of the core AI infrastructure required for our 2026 product launch.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of large-scale neural networks to ensure real-time performance and low latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models seamlessly into existing software ecosystems using microservices architecture.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product managers to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 4+ years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architecture.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with scalable technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
