Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our team in defining the technological landscape of 2026. As we push the boundaries of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and neural interfaces, you will be responsible for architecting scalable, robust, and ethical AI systems that power the next generation of autonomous applications.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment, ensuring our models achieve unprecedented levels of efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement advanced deep learning architectures, including Transformers and Diffusion models, optimized for real-time inference.
- Model Optimization: Reduce latency and resource consumption of large language models (LLMs) for edge and cloud deployment.
- Research Integration: Translate cutting-edge academic research into practical, deployable code within our production pipeline.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- AI Ethics & Safety: Implement guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, transparent, and aligned with human values.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years leading architectural decisions.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed training frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- Optimization: Strong background in GPU optimization, CUDA programming, and model quantization techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
