What You'll Do:
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for high-volume data processing.
- Lead the design of our 2026 roadmap, focusing on Agentic AI and LLM optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and apply new methodologies to our products.
What You Need:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models to production.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable AI architectures for high-volume data processing.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 Agentic AI roadmap.
- Oversee model training, fine-tuning, and deployment pipelines.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
