Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance neural network infrastructures capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) with a focus on reasoning, safety, and autonomy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers to integrate quantum algorithms into classical ML pipelines.
- Define and implement ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, deep learning, or AI research.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP).
- Proven track record of publishing research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or shipping production-level AI products.
- Strong understanding of machine learning ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
