Responsibilities
- Architect and design the 2026 AI Roadmap, defining long-term technical strategies for neural networks and generative models.
- Lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists to deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical architectures.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all proprietary models.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Optimize large-scale data pipelines for real-time inference processing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Experience designing distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and computer vision architectures.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
