Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure architectures that align with our long-term strategic goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and Predictive Analytics into core product lines.
- System Optimization: Oversee the performance tuning of large-scale neural networks and ensure real-time processing capabilities.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data in distributed AI environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years in AI/ML system design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think ahead and design systems that are resilient and future-proof.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical leadership.
